Feasibility studiy for a private client wishing to start a high-end artisan bakery with small café and retail sales unit.

Following a series of studies to understand the spatial and access requirements of an ideal bakery unit, the client involved us in the feasibility appraisal of this former welding workshop in Chiswick. We provided an outline design in order to assess the likely costs of the conversion, and how to best retain the specific character of the workshop space whilst creating a robust, flexible and energy-efficient bakery.
