We have been appointed to develop a long-term masterplan for a ninety-two-acre hillside farm near Bristol, a former dairy holding now moving towards a mixed organic future.
Working with its new owner, we are shaping a plan phased over fifteen years, one that puts the farming first and grows in step with the business rather than arriving all at once. Our starting position is that almost everything stays: we are developing a strategy of repair, adaptation and reuse across the existing farmstead, alongside landscape-scale nature recovery and a shift to renewable energy.
The masterplan is being developed with AGM Planning Consultants and Tumu Consulting, and is currently in for pre-application advice. We will share more as the project progresses.
