Work is nearing completion on this new artist’s studio and workshop set adjacent to a listed mill within the historic working landscape of the River Test.
The building creates two separate workspaces served by a series of ancillary rooms: shared kitchen, wc, darkroom and utility area. Deep overhangs at each end help to shade the building and create generous covered spaces for outdoor working and materials storage.
