Francesca joined Cooke Fawcett in 2025. She has worked at Hawkins\Brown for nearly five years, where she qualified as an architect in 2022 and progressed to lead large-scale residential projects through construction including Stratford Mills and Swandon Way in Wandsworth. Her experience spans across all RIBA stages with particular expertise in technical design and construction phases, and across heritage, community, residential and mixed-use projects. Francesca gained her RIBA Part I from the Bartlett School of Architecture, UCL in 2015 and her RIBA Part II with Distinction from the Bartlett in 2019. She completed her Part III at Westminster University in 2022, gaining a Merit. With additional experience at Jan Kattein Architects, Pilbrow & Partners, and Olson Kundig in Seattle, Francesca brings strong technical skills and a passion for retrofit and community-focused projects.
